Central Hudson is in the final stages of a study to install a Smart Bank™ of Power Routers in an existing substation within their 345 kV system. The project has been a collaborative effort between Central Hudson and Smart Wires to better utilize existing transmission assets by improving transfer capability across a key constrained interface. Targeted deployment of the devices is 2018.
