Jeremy Knepper

Jeremy Knepper is Smart Wires’ operational leader, and his responsibilities include quality, procurement and production, sourcing, project delivery, project service and warranty, health and safety.

Jeremy brings over 20 years of experience in quality within multiple industries, including aerospace, military and defense, renewable energy and agriculture. Prior to joining Smart Wires, Jeremy held various positions of increasing scope at Collins Aerospace, where he was responsible for integrating teams, establishing a customer satisfaction program and elevating overall quality performance.

An accomplished leader who takes pride in a collaborative approach with team members, Jeremy also held quality management positions at Rockwell Collins, Clipper Windpower and Centro, Inc.

Jeremy has both a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Iowa.

Jeremy Knepper has been Chief Operating Officer since July 2022. He joined Smart Wires in April 2022 as Senior Vice President, Quality.
